Our small business accounting and tax services are provided on a monthly basis using a fixed-fee, retainer/subscription model. There are no hourly charges, and you're free (in fact, are encouraged) to access our help at anytime.

What's it Cost?
We use a fixed-fee, monthly charge. Since no two businesses are alike, pricing is done on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity/size/requirements or your business. Most clients find us about the same or less than a part-time bookkeeper.
In addition to the monthly subscription price, there's a one-time fee for set-up, initial consultations and getting your records into our system. Depending on the situation, some clients prefer to pay this as a fixed, quoted fee up front. Others prefer to do it on an hourly basis.
